Welcome to our Senior Activity Service Website and Blog! I am so happy that you decided to look into our service further. To introduce myself, I am Janet Calltharp, the owner and founder of this wonderful company! We are very excited to introduce this type of service to the Denton county area. You are officially the first area in the United States that has the opportunity to experience this type of personalized service.

My idea of a Senior Activity Service came from watching how much time my own mother has spent with my grandmother in California, trying to occupy her with activities, bringing different people in to help keep her mentally stimulated.  My grandmother Charlotte is in her late 80s and has macular degeneration, along with the onset of dementia and a number of other ailments that have set in since she has turned 80. She is not as social as she once was, and misses it greatly.

Since I am in Texas, I have not been able to help her out and it has pained me greatly. In honor of my grandmother and mother, I have decided to create a mobile activity service dedicated to providing mental and physical stimulation to senior citizens who cannot get out of their homes as easily as they could before. I want to help the seniors that may be lonely and in need of more socialization, as well as helping their families who may be needing relief from trying to occupy their time.
